What you can buy

The paid diagnostic is a written deliverable, not consulting time. You pay for a document: a citation gap report (USD 299) or the fix sprint with a prioritized repair list (USD 999). The free audit is free: five questions about your product, run on one AI tool, summary by email, one per product. It involves no payment and no card.

Prices and payment

Both prices are one-time payments in USD. Payments are processed by Creem as Merchant of Record; their checkout, invoice, and buyer terms apply to the payment transaction itself. We never see or store your card details.

What we deliver, and when

The USD 299 diagnostic usually delivers within five business days of payment. The USD 999 fix sprint usually delivers within ten business days. Every deliverable is a written report: what AI tools name and cite in your category today, where the gaps are, raw answers attached, and a prioritized fix list.

Refunds

Before delivery starts, a full refund, any time, no questions asked — email hello@demandfieldnotes.com. Once delivery has started, the report is a digital deliverable and is non-refundable. If a report contains a factual error about your product, we correct it free of charge.

No subscription by default

There is no recurring billing on this site today. When a monthly monitoring plan becomes available, it will be opt-in only: no silent renewals, cancel any time, and this page will be updated first.

Liability

The report is research, not a guarantee of AI rankings, traffic, or revenue. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid.
