Privacy policy
The short version: we keep almost nothing
One form, one mailbox, one cookie. Here is exactly what that means.
Last updated: 21 October 2026
What we collect
Only what you type into the audit request form: your name, your work email, your product URL, the product category you pick, and the optional note about what you wish an AI engine said about your product. No account, no payment details, nothing else.
What we do with it
To answer your audit request and follow up on it by email: the audit summary, any clarifying questions, and — only if the full diagnostic looks like a fit — one mention of it. We don’t add you to a mailing list and we don’t send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who processes it
Form submissions are handled by Web3Forms, which passes each submission on to hello@demandfieldnotes.com. We don’t sell your details and we don’t share them with anyone else.
Where it’s stored, and for how long
Submissions land in our mailbox, and we keep a CSV backup of past submissions. We keep both until our business relationship ends, or until 24 months after our last contact — whichever comes first. After that, they’re deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your data at any time. Email hello@demandfieldnotes.com and we’ll respond within 72 hours. If you’re covered by GDPR or CCPA, this is how you exercise those rights with us — the request goes to a person, not a form.
Cookies
This site sets exactly one cookie: dfn-lang, which
remembers your language preference so we don’t redirect you on
every visit. It’s functional, not tracking. No analytics, no
ads, no third-party trackers.
